The M3 Medic Bag is an excellent lightweight way to carry medical supplies or similar small gear. M3 Bags are manufactured in the US to military specifications by a number of different companies. Most of ours were manufactured by Ambassador Bags & Spats Co. The bags are made from a lightweight olive drab nylon material. They have one large compartment, two small compartments, and a shallow pocket area. There is a nylon shoulder strap with metal snaplinks. M3 Medic Bags are great for first aid gear, bugout bags, survival kits, possibles bags, etc.
